Medley of Bean Casserole
Ingredients
(Use tinned beans for quick recipe)
75g Flageolet Beans, tinned
75g Red Kidney Beans, tinned
75g Chick peas, tinned
75g Soya Beans, tinned
75g Pinto Beans, tinned
30g Black olives, Stoned
8 Plum Tomatoes, deseeded & diced
1 Red Onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, puree
100ml Bisto Chef’s Gravy Mix for Vegetarian
20g Mixed Garden herbs:
Chives, parsley, thyme & basil
Method
- Sweat off the onions and garlic, then add plum tomatoes.
- Add the mixed beans and simmer.
- Stir in black olives, Mixed garden herbs & Bisto gravy mix and continue to simmer infusing the flavours.
- Present the dish in a large deep bowl, garnished with cherry tomatoes.
