Ragout of Field Mushrooms
Ingredients
100g Chestnut Mushroom
100g Button Mushroom
50g Shittake Mushroom
100g Oyster Mushroom
100g Chanterelle Mushroom
30g Butter
1 red onion, finely diced
2 Garlic cloves, finely diced
1 Red chill, finely diced
Seasoning
100ml Bistos Chefs Gravy Mix for Vegetarian
30ml Double Cream
Method
- Clean and wash all the mushrooms, then slice in half.
- Sweat off the onions, garlic and chilli until soft.
- Saute the mixed mushrooms adding seasoning, Bring to the boil Bisto gravy mix, soften onions etc., and then stir in the cream.
- Pour the sauce over the Field Mushrooms and serve.
