Ragout of Field Mushrooms

Ingredients
100g Chestnut Mushroom
100g Button Mushroom
50g Shittake Mushroom
100g Oyster Mushroom
100g Chanterelle Mushroom
30g Butter
1 red onion, finely diced
2 Garlic cloves, finely diced
1 Red chill, finely diced
Seasoning
100ml Bistos Chefs Gravy Mix for Vegetarian
30ml Double Cream

Method
  1. Clean and wash all the mushrooms, then slice in half.
  2. Sweat off the onions, garlic and chilli until soft.
  3. Saute the mixed mushrooms adding seasoning, Bring to the boil Bisto gravy mix, soften onions etc., and then stir in the cream.
  4. Pour the sauce over the Field Mushrooms and serve.
